Tin-Antimony Oxide has excellent electrical and optical properties. ATO is a versatile conductive material with high conductivity, light transparency, and weather resistance and radiation resistance excellent performance. ATO also has shielding and reflecting infrared radiation.
Application of ato powder:
1. Antistatic coating
Antistatic coating is the main application market of nano ATO powder. Nano-composite transparent antistatic coatings can be prepared by adding nano-ATO powders as conductive fillers to matrix resins such as polyamide and acrylic acid, and selecting an appropriate dispersion method. In the nano-ATO composite antistatic coating, when the amount of nano-ATO powder added reaches a certain critical value, the conductivity of the coating is significantly improved. Further increasing the amount of nano-ATO does not improve the conductivity of the coating. Great help, on the contrary, it will affect the color, transparency and mechanical properties of the coating. In addition, the type of matrix resin, the amount of solvent and the preparation process all have a significant impact on the performance of the coating.
2. Antistatic plastic
At present, the antistatic polymer materials processed by incorporating various inorganic conductive fillers (such as copper powder, silver powder, carbon black, etc.) into the matrix polymer are the most valuable, and the volume resistivity of the composite material is within a wide range. Adjustable, many of which have been commercialized abroad. However, due to the poor dispersibility of carbon black and other materials in plastics, poor compatibility with plastics, and changes in product color, their application is also limited. Nano ATO powder has small particle size, good compatibility with plastics, and light color, which broadens the application of conductive powder in plastics. For the dispersion of nano-ATO powder in the matrix resin, special processes such as skin-core structure and multi-layer extrusion can be used, which requires the preparation of nano-ATO conductive plastic masterbatch in advance.
3. Antistatic fiber
Nano-inorganic powder modified fiber material is gradually becoming an important development direction of fiber material modification. Compared with other types of antistatic fibers, nano-scale metal oxide antistatic fibers have many unique and excellent properties, such as being not limited by climate and use environment, and have better stability; nano-scale metal oxides are not easy to remove from the fibers. It falls off, and the distribution is relatively uniform; the fiber preparation process is simple; the fiber is widely used, and can be used in almost any occasion requiring anti-static. The new nano-scale transparent conductive powder is favored by people because of its transparency and excellent conductivity.
4. Anti-radiation coating for display Anti-static, anti-glare, anti-reflection.
