ZnFe2O4 powder is nano-scale crystalline materials. Different melting temperatures (300-700°C) can produce zinc ferrite materials with different particle sizes (10-60nm). The basic carbonate precursor was prepared by mixing ferrous sulfate and zinc sulfate, and then directly sintered to prepare zinc ferrite nanocrystal material.
Application of ZnFe2O4 powder:
Zinc ferrite (ZnFe2O4) is a kind of complex oxide mainly composed of Fe(III) oxide and has a spinel structure. Zinc ferrite is a kind of soft magnetic material with excellent performance, and it is also a very representative catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation of olefinic organic compounds. It also has a high photocatalytic activity and a visible light sensitive semiconductor catalyst. It can be used as an antibacterial agent. Storage conditions:
